Dynamic Workflow

This app is able to handle workflows that require anywhere from 1 to up to 5 levels of approvals. The workflow approval steps are dynamically set. The context of this app is a leave request but could be any type of approval.

To use the app you need to add your organizational information to the organization form. You’ll need to add 5 entries if you want it to work for 5 levels of approvals. The app looks up and assumes your internet email address is in the Domino Directory (names.nsf) and uses it to populate the requester fields in the form. From there it searches the organization form to determine who you work for and the levels above.
