Onboarding Checklist with Modal

The app requires secureJS=false and will not run in the Domino Volt Sandbox.

This app consists of 6 different forms - Checklist, Employee Information, Direct Deposit, Safety Policy, Business Conduct Guidelines and Benefits Enrollment.  The Checklist is the main UI which keeps track of your progress.  Forms open and are completed in a modal dialog which overlays the checklist when launched.  Once a form is complete it is locked from further edits.  A button in the upper right lets you delete forms to reset the demo.
