The app requires secureJS=false and will not run in the Domino Volt Sandbox.
Allows an organization to track covid cases and contacts. Case Cases and contact contacts are stored in seperate forms and pulled together based on a unique case number. This all separation allows searching contacts to see is if a new case was also a contact in another case.
