The app requires secureJS=false and will not run in the Domino Volt Sandbox.
App lets an inspector choose from different inspection types and checklists. Once a checklist is selected the app allows you to perform the inspection and scores it. Comments are required if the assessment is "not complete" or "not applicable". All checklist question are stored in their own database and dynamically retrieved. This lets you use the app with what ever question you want. All completed inspection checklists are store in their own database. The main form that provides the UI does not store any data.
