App has a stylish user experience which is accomplished by showing and hiding different sections of the form and dynamically assigning CSS classes on navigation items (see side navigation with dynamic content). The data structure includes separate forms for the approved list of software and the approved list of hardware. Images and tables are used for view the catalog.
